Hi all,
I'd like to put together a lightening talk session on Pathways to Leadership. I'm thinking of having each person take 7 min to pass along 1-3 tips from their experience, that have enabled them to grow their careers. As Pasteur famously said, "Chance favors the prepared mind." Though not meant to be in-depth, I thought this might help folks be mindful during the career paths of methods to career advancement.
Anyone interested in joining me? I'd love to have a broad spectrum of ideas represented, as well as different contexts?
